At Sledge fitness we believe in a teamwork approach. While we understand it is up to the individual to be responsible for their individual goals. We also believe with a good team behind you that it will only make you stronger. This is why we sometimes train together, run races together, and go on field trips to places near and far to keep it fresh.
We go to the incline in Colorado Springs, run in tough mudders, Spartan race, ironman triathlons, or hit up red rocks. We are open to all ideas and enjoy challenging ourselves in as many ways possible.
