John Drury

John Drury is an accomplished athletic trainer. With a background in Human Performance and Wellness from Colorado Mesa University, John is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as both a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. In addition, John holds a certificate for TRX group training and FMS. While well versed in all areas of health and nutrition, John has also struggled with maintaining that balance and recently lost 50 pounds after having fallen into some poor health habits. Because he's walked in the shoes of his clients, he is dedicated to a deeper understanding of the kinds of obstacles that might thwart their goals.

Jose Arredondo

Jose has over 10 years of training under his belt. He is truly in it for you and will get you to whatever your goal may be.  Jose is a no non-sense kinda guy so when you come to train with him be ready. He is also a dedicated Littleton Fire fighter and we thank him for his service. We are proud to have him on our team and if you are interested in training with him send an email and we can get it set up.

 


Chet Walker

Chet has had a love for sports and fitness since a very young age. He has participated in and excelled in multiple sports up to the college level. He is a firm believer in practicing what he preaches and is constantly striving to find new and innovating ways to motivate his clients. He has been a personal trainer for over 10 years and is looking forward to helping you reach all your goals.
